Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces, and hallways using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected according to established standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning materials to maintain readiness for daily use.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred; familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently without supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks for extended periods comfortably.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
