Marlin operates a premium collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels, and Aparthotels across central London and Dublin. Marlin, is looking for enthusiastic Reservations Agents to join our Reservations team in London.
As a reservations agent in Marlin you will:
- Provide support to customers and clients with making and managing their bookings.
- Carry out daily tasks to ensure that all guests have a smooth experience before their stay
- Support colleagues in the Properties; Finance, and Sales teams
To be successful in this role you'll need to demonstrate:
- A minimum of one year experience in hotel/apartment reservations/reception
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- An organised and efficient approach to your work
- Excellent attention to detail
- A warm and friendly email and telephone manner with customers and colleagues
- The salary range for this role will depend on your prior experience in this or relevant prior employment
