You will bring solid site experience and a strong understanding of safety management systems, ideally supported by CITB training. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to influence, challenge and support teams effectively, and you are committed to ongoing learning and professional development to meet the evolving demands of the role.
- HNC in Science/Engineering/Business or equivalent qualification plus experience
- Relevant site experience with an understanding of the works control process, safety management systems, temporary works, and safe systems of work
- Knowledge of working at height, excavations and confined spaces
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
- Resilient, adaptable and able to deliver high-quality work under pressure and to deadlines
- Post specific physical capability analysis assessment
