Your duties will include
Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely
Follow recipes
Maintain excellent kitchen records
Assist with menu planning ordering and stock control.
Adhere to all food hygiene and safely standards
Cleaning and maintenance
this will include weekends.
