This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused and keen to develop their skills within the aviation and aircraft parts industry. · Ensuring photographs and supporting information are accurately uploaded and stored within the relevant systems.
· Checking that part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, descriptions and other identifying information match the accompanying documentation and purchase order.

· Checking back to birth trace documentation and other supporting records relating to incoming aircraft parts.
· Reviewing documentation that can be extensive and technically detailed, with training provided to develop the required knowledge and understanding.
· Identifying documentation or traceability issues and working with colleagues, vendors and third parties to resolve them.
· Ensuring all receiving records are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
· Maintaining a high level of accuracy when entering receiving information into internal systems.
Warehouse Operations
· Correctly labelling, identifying and locating received stock within the warehouse.
· Putting received aircraft parts away safely and accurately in their designated locations.

· Contributing to a positive, professional and team-focused working environment.
· Taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your own work.
