Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional spa treatments, ensuring clients experience relaxation and rejuvenation. This role requires a friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing customised treatments, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Duties
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and specialised therapies.
- Apply makeup as requested by clients for special occasions or events.
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure client comfort throughout treatments and address any special requirements or concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Promote spa services and products to maximise client engagement and loyalty.
- Carryout reception duties
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within a wellness or beauty environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain treatment procedures and benefits.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, empathetic approach.
- Ability to work every Sunday
- Professional appearance and demeanour aligned with the standards of the spa environment.
- Relevant qualifications in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related fields are mandatory. We welcome dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding spa experiences and fostering client well-being.
- Experience with call handling and salon software including phorest is desirable but not mandatory.
