We are looking for a production welder to join us in June 2026.

We are a growing company and looking to expand our welding capacity to keep up with exceptional demand for our services.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Production Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded components in a professional production environment, ensuring all work meets required specifications and safety standards. Our products are varied and you will be working on a range of different fabrications, thicknesses etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Operate welding equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect welded parts for quality, strength, and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Report any equipment faults or production issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a MIG welder in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good manual dexterity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in a production setting, although training will be provided.
The ideal candidate must:
Be an experienced welder with 2 years’ experience minimum.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Attention to detail in all aspects of work but particularly health and safety and the importance of precision in fabrications.
A positive attitude towards work and an ability to adapt and change quickly as customer requirements do.
References will need to be provided and will be contacted if successfully chosen for the role.
