We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Two Trees in Plymouth on a full-time fixed-term contract, supporting adults with learning disabilities.
Working as part of a caring and supportive team, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for the people we support, helping them to achieve their goals and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
About the Role

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities.

Support people with all aspects of daily living, including personal care where appropriate, whilst promoting dignity, choice and independence.

Encourage and enable individuals to participate in meaningful activities, access their local community and maintain social relationships.

Empower people we support to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Maintain accurate and timely care records in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
Working Pattern
This position operates on a three-week rolling rota and includes a combination of weekday and weekend shifts, in line with the needs of the service.

Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
