SJM Landscapes is looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Maintenance Operative / Team Leader to join our growing team based in High Wycombe. You'll be working on a variety of commercial and domestic sites, helping to maintain landscapes to the highest standards while supporting and leading a small team where required.
Key Responsibilities
Grass cutting, lawn care and strimming.
Hedge cutting and shrub maintenance.
Planting, pruning, watering and weeding.
Pest and disease identification and control.
Maintaining commercial and domestic landscapes to a high standard.
Completing weekly Health & Safety reports.
Leading and supporting team members on site.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally.
What We're Looking For
What we would like?
Full UK driving licence (manual preferred). Option to take company vehicle home
Minimum of 2–3 years' landscape or garden maintenance experience.
Level 2 Horticulture qualification.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
Desirable:
PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates.
Previous experience leading a small team.
What We Offer
£30,000–£34,000 annual salary depending on experience.
