Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in managing the team during shifts, delegating tasks and supporting staff to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders when necessary, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and process payments securely.
- Enforce responsible serving policies to promote guest safety and adhere to legal alcohol service regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
- Leadership qualities to motivate and guide team members effectively as a Team Leader.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and balancing cash registers.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and customer service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
