Help Shape the Future of Musculoskeletal Imaging
Back & Body Medical is an established and rapidly growing private healthcare provider specialising in musculoskeletal care, Sport & Exercise Medicine and diagnostic imaging.
We're looking for an enthusiastic HCPC Registered Radiographer with MRI experience to join our expanding imaging service at our flagship Moulton clinic in Northampton.
Working alongside Sport & Exercise Medicine Consultants, Physiotherapists and Osteopaths, you'll play an integral role in delivering outstanding patient care within a modern, consultant-led multidisciplinary service.
This is an opportunity to do far more than simply operate an MRI scanner. You'll become a key member of our imaging team, helping deliver, develop and shape a growing diagnostic imaging service.
About Our MRI Service
Our current MRI service uses an Esaote S-scan Open MRI (0.25 Tesla), a dedicated low-field scanner designed specifically for musculoskeletal imaging.
The scanner provides excellent diagnostic imaging for appropriately selected MSK patients while offering a more comfortable experience for those who may struggle with traditional tunnel scanners.
Our service focuses on imaging of the Spine, Shoulder, Hip & SIJ, Knee, Elbow, Hand & Wrist, Foot & Ankle.
As a dedicated MSK scanner, it is not designed for neurological, abdominal, cardiac or contrast-enhanced imaging.
Reporting is provided by a remote specialist musculoskeletal consultant radiologists through our fully digital RIS/PACS platform, creating an integrated pathway between imaging, diagnosis and treatment.
