We’re looking for an IT Apprentice to join our team and build practical skills in supporting systems, users, and technology. No previous experience is required—just a genuine interest in IT and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an IT Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of tasks:
- Provide first-line IT support to users, both in person and remotely
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and user accounts
- Support basic networking and system maintenance
- Learn how businesses use IT systems securely and efficiently
- Work alongside experienced IT professionals to build your skills
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone motivated, reliable, and ready to develop:
- Interest in IT, computers, and technology
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a friendly approach
- Basic IT knowledge (e.g. using Microsoft Office, understanding devices)
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
