What you'll do:
- Lead the planning and delivery of training programmes.
- Support the development and performance of employees.
- Coordinate learning activities across different teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve training and development processes.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet organisational goals.
- Prepare training reports and maintain learning records.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in training, learning and development, education, operations, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £36,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
