We are looking for an organised, proactive and detailed driven HR Generalist Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll administration and general HR support.
About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, including posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
-
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
-
Support the onboarding and induction of new employees.
-
Assist with payroll administration and leave management.
-
Respond to employee HR queries in a professional and confidential manner.
-
Help ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
-
Support training and employee engagement initiatives.
-
Perform general administrative duties within the HR department.
Essential Criteria :
-
CIPD Membership min level 3 or above
- Previous experience in a HR role
Desired Criteria:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a breadth of exposure to basic HR functions.

Experience of actively resourcing and recruiting staff.

Knowledge of current employment legislation

Payroll, tax and pensions
