Who are we?
Little Loving Care is a brand new company, with our first home opened in January 2026, we are opening our second and third children's homes in the Chesterfield area.
Our new home is a 4 bedroom home where up to 2 children can live together with emotional and behavioural difficulties or learning disabilities until they are 18 years old.
We are passionate about supporting children to feel loved, safe and feel a sense of belonging in their lives. We use Love led care to support our children and ensure all our Adults are trained on this as part of their induction.
The company is run by highly experienced and qualified individuals. The Directors have achieved Outstanding ratings with Ofsted and won Awards. The Responsible Individual has been working in children's homes for over 10 years and has a Leve 5 qualification. Our Responsible Individual works full time to provide support and our Directors are hands on in the company providing support where required.

The Role
The Registered Manager role is a full time role working 9 - 5 in the home. The role requires flexibility to ensure that Ofsted regulatory and legal safeguarding is in place at all times and includes sleep in shifts, evening, weekends and on call responsibility.
The Pay
The pay ranges from £45,000 - £50,000 per year depending on previous experience and current qualifications. Sleep in's are paid at an additional £60 per night. Additional bonuses are given on top of the yearly salary annually and following positive Ofsted outcomes during inspections.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead a team with the company's ethos and values
- Attending meetings and completing manager documents
- Completing the Managers role tasks
- Create loving and genuine connections with the children
- Providing a safe home and protect children and others from harm
- Complete supervisions, probations, debriefs and appraisals with Adults
- Support in challenging unprofessional or inappropriate behaviour
- Provide development to the the team members to progress them
- Work in a trauma informed and trauma responsive way
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory areas
Experience
- At least 2 years experience within the last 5 years working in children's homes
- At least 1 year experience as a senior or supervisory role in children's homes
- A level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- A level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or willingness to work towards this

- A flexible approach to work with ability to complete on call
- A positive attitude to working with others and creating a team environment
- Ability to plan and risk assess our children when going on holiday and all activities they chose within reason
- Ability to monitor, report and record information relevant to children
