Multipanel UK is an ambitious, fast-growing company trading in a global market and, thanks to constant growth we are often looking for enthusiastic, pro-active individuals to be part of our exciting future. If you feel you have relevant skills and experience and would like to join our team, contact us with a copy of your CV.
We are the UK's only manufacturer of Aluminium Composite Material (ACP), part of the Grimco Group, with over 150 years of industry heritage. If you want physical, hands-on work, a team that has your back, and a genuine long-term career in manufacturing, this role is built for you.
You will be active on the production floor every day, operating machinery, handling materials, and keeping manufacturing moving.
We invest in people who want to stay and grow. From day one, you will develop skills that open doors within a UK manufacturing business that's expanding.
Production runs on trust and teamwork. You will join a team that takes pride in what they make and looks out for one another on every shift.
We train you from scratch. Experienced already? We will help you go further. What matters is attitude and commitment.

The Right Attitude Matters Most
We welcome applications from people with little or no manufacturing experience and from experienced operatives who want stability in a growing business. You do not need to tick every box, but you do need to be hardworking, reliable, and ready to commit.
- Physical stamina and a willingness to do hands-on, active work.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Sufficient English to understand safety instructions and complete basic paperwork.
