Elysiaan Café is looking for a confident, organised Barista & Brunch Supervisor to join our growing team. We’re a neighbourhood café known for our speciality coffee, fresh brunch dishes, and warm, welcoming service. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy leading from the front, this role is for you.
As our Barista & Brunch Supervisor, you’ll be hands‑on across all areas of service. You’ll support the team during busy brunch periods, craft high‑quality coffees, and ensure the café runs smoothly and professionally throughout the day.
- Strong barista experience in a busy, high‑standard café
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Excellent communication and a calm, professional manner
- Reliability & organisation
- Valid UK driving licence and your own car (essential for occasional errands)
- A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Friendly, supportive team
