Overview
This is a key role in the L&D team focused on the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of training, ensuring our people have the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to perform effectively in their roles.
This ole involves the design and deliver training across key areas including contact centre operations, induction and onboarding, management development, and practical and behavioural skills.
You will be able to create engaging, modern learning solutions using blended approaches, digital platforms, and AI tools to maximise learner engagement and impact.
This position involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, designing effective learning programmes, and implementing strategies that foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring others, ensuring that all training initiatives align with organisational goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high quality innovative leaning solutions using modern design tools, e-learning platforms and AI assisted content creation
- Lead on key programmes including induction, onboarding, management development and contact centre training
- Deliver engaging sessions in person and virtually
- Support employees to support their professional growth and encourage a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous leaning and best practice across all business areas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in a learning and development role or similar position, preferably within a contact centre / operational environment
- Full understanding of the full training cycle - needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation
- Proven experience in designing blended and digital learning.
- Familiarity with Articulate, EasyGenerator and AI enabled platforms systems is advantageous.
- Strong abilities with experience in delivering training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively engaging learners
- Demonstrated mentoring experience, fostering growth in individuals or teams.
