The Role
As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the progression of specialist finance applications from initial submission through to completion. You will act as a key point of contact for brokers, solicitors, valuers and borrowers, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of specialist loan applications from submission through to completion.
- Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers and borrowers to progress cases.
- Obtain and review supporting documentation.
- Support the underwriting team throughout the assessment process.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Proactively manage case timelines and outstanding requirements.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders.
- Assist in ensuring lending cases are progressed efficiently and compliantly.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience within financial services, mortgages, property finance, banking or lending.
- Experience within bridging finance is beneficial but not essential.
- Ambitious, driven and keen to build a long-term career within specialist lending.
