- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed
- Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal preparation when required for client needs
- Respond promptly to client requests for additional cleaning or specific tasks to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations
- Follow established procedures for waste disposal and environmentally friendly cleaning practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial services, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for roles involving meal-related duties
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Reliable, detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
