As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting classroom learning and student development by:

Providing individual and small-group support to students who require additional assistance.

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within the classroom.

Helping teachers create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Encouraging student confidence, independence, and participation.

Assisting with behaviour management and promoting positive classroom relationships.

Monitoring progress and communicating effectively with teaching staff.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Learning Mentor, Youth Worker, or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
