As a Trade Counter Assistant at our Milton Keynes branch, you’ll be the face of DMS Flooring Supplies, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while keeping our branch running smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Serving and assisting customers with their flooring supply needs
Handling customer queries and managing accounts
Chasing quotes and acting on sales leads
Processing cash, card, and account payments
Replenishing stock and maintaining a tidy branch
Placing orders with suppliers and ensuring smooth operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in a trade counter or similar environment
Knowledge of flooring products is a bonus (but not essential – we provide training!)
A strong customer-first approach with great communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
