Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week (opportunity for more)
We are looking for experienced and reliable Front of House Bar Staff to join our team at The Britannia. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role in a lively, non-food pub environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving drinks quickly and efficiently to a high standard
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Handling cash and card payments accurately
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well presented
- Managing busy periods and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Supporting team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Previous bar experience is essential
- Confident working in a busy pub environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
