Job Description:
Warner House is a luxury interior furnishings brand, providing fabrics, wallpaper, furniture and soft furnishings to retail and interior design clients in the U.K. and internationally.
We are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our friendly team on a fixed contract basis, covering for maternity leave. Starting in June, through to April 2027.
Possibility of a full time, permanent role at the end of the contract.
This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Full training will be given.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up customer accounts and placing new customer orders.
- Responding to general enquiries from B2B & B2C customers.
- Monitoring the progress of customer orders from order through to delivery.
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time.
- Managing stock enquiries
- Day to Day admin duties
- Assisting the wider team with any additional requests.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role (Minimum 1 year - required).
- Competent IT skills including experience working with Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Warm, friendly personality.
- Good organisational skills and able to work in a busy environment.
- Fast & accurate data entry
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
