Now we are looking for an exceptional Class 1 Driver to join us and help deliver outstanding service on behalf of a leading customer in the boxes and packaging industry.

This role is for a driver who knows that great delivery is about more than getting from depot to destination. It is about turning up prepared, keeping the load safe, handling paperwork properly, treating customers with respect and representing Alltruck with confidence every step of the way.

The Mission
Your mission is to deliver boxes and packaging products safely, securely and on time to a wide range of customer sites — from large, busy locations to smaller customer premises.
You will be representing Alltruck to our customer and our customer to their customers, so professionalism matters. You will take responsibility for the tractor unit and trailers, restrain loads correctly, and make sure every delivery arrives in perfect order.

Who You Are
- You hold a clean Class 1 driving licence and have done so for at least 2 years.
- You have a current Driver CPC.
- You are aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.
- You have good verbal, reading and numerical reasoning skills.
- You are confident in your own abilities without cutting corners.
- You are efficient, courteous, respectful and professional at all times.
- You understand the value of great service for colleagues and customers.
- You are motivated to work on your own initiative.
- You can be flexible with working hours to meet customer requirements.
Who Will Really Hit the Ground Running
- You have worked on a third-party basis on behalf of a customer before.
- You understand the boxes and packaging industry.
- You know the health and safety requirements of delivering cardboard products to site.
- You have a strong working knowledge of the UK road network.
The Practical Bits
- This is a full-time role.
- The role is based on a 40-hour week.
- Working pattern is Monday to Thursday, from 7pm.
- Start and finish times may vary depending on customer requirements.
- Hours worked over 40 will be paid at time and a half.
- Probation applies for the first 3 months.
