We are seeking a dedicated Support worker to join our team in providing compassionate care within home care settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to drive positive outcomes for our service users.
*Responsibilities*
- Support service users with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the relevant healthcare professionals
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for service users
- Utilize IT systems effectively to record information and communicate with the care team
- Ensure the client is safe in there home environment
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a similar role within a care home or home care setting is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- A valid driving license is advantageous for this role
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and communication

Sunday 12.30-14.30
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £13.50-£17.00 per hour
