Harris & Jones Ltd is a small, bespoke workshop involved in the making of luxury Home & Office accessories. Based in the rural location of MK17 8BW, halfway between Woburn Sands & Cranfield, we are a small team of skilled individuals. To learn more about the products we make visit www.harrisandjones.co.uk.
We need help making our products, primarily in the gluing/covering section of our making process. This involves taking the individual uncovered products & covering them by gluing into place specifically cut pieces of paper & fabric too form a finished covered product. We want to recruit an enthusiastic individual who is happy to work alone on sets tasks whilst being part of a team. You will need a critical eye for detail and the ability to work at a constant pace throughout the working day whilst being on your feet. Overall good hand dexterity is critical, the ability to read and understand internal A4 work documents, and a calm nature are attributes required for this specific task within our busy workshop. You will also need to be a driver with your own car due to our rural location and lack of public transport options.
We are looking for both a FULL & PART-TIME team member to join our team. Competitive hourly rates paid & opportunities for more responsibilities going forward as you accrue key skills.
PART TIME HOURS - 15-25 per week flexible
FULL TIME HOURS - 37.5 per week fixed
