Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service

- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness within the kitchen
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in serving dishes during busy periods and special events as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Supervising experience with strong team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary arts
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Previous experience in food production, kitchen management, or hospitality preferred
