Role Purpose
To provide high-quality administrative and technical support to the Partner and Practice Manager, helping to optimise client relationships and ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Practice.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Practice.
- Prepare for client meetings and complete all post-meeting actions, including accurately updating client records on Salesforce.
- Ensure client files contain all required identification documents, application forms and supporting information.
- Process new business applications accurately and record all required management information.
- Progress applications with advisers, clients, product providers, SJP Administration Centres and other third parties to ensure cases are completed within the required timescales.
- Monitor outstanding cases and proactively follow up on applications, Letters of Authority and other required documentation.
- Produce illustrations, run reports and collate key client and business data.
- Prepare high-quality templated client correspondence and reports.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and communicate confidently and professionally with clients, product providers and third parties.
- Welcome clients and visitors to the Practice, ensuring they receive a warm and professional experience.
- Liaise extensively with SJP Administration Centres, providing accurate information to support the timely completion of transactions.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within financial services or a related professional sector.
- Experience using client relationship management systems, such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of relevant financial services regulations and legislation would be advantageous.
- A degree or progress towards relevant R0 qualifications would be desirable.
Skills and Behaviours:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, together with confidence in using other relevant technology.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
