Part Time Finance Administrator - Castle Donington

The role of Finance Administrator:
- Bookkeeping — entry from bank to ERP system and reconciliations
- Purchase ledger — entering purchase invoices to ERP for payment
- Sales ledger invoicing
- Assist with other finance-related tasks including account management and backup for credit control
- Managing dispenser loan agreements — arrange new agreements and monitor ongoing
- Provide general administrative support to the finance function
- Support business compliance activities including documentation and record-keeping
- Assist with quality and environmental management systems
The ideal Finance Administrator:
- Previous bookkeeping, finance administration or accounts assistant experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience processing purchase ledger and sales ledger transactions
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- AAT qualification or equivalent bookkeeping qualification desirable
