Bartender – Kuckoo Warrington
Kuckoo is a premium, independently family-owned cocktail bar known for high-energy nights, exceptional drinks and standout events, with venues across Chester, Knutsford, Preston, Sheffield and Warrington.
We’re looking for bartenders to join our Warrington team, primarily working weekends.
The Role
As a Bartender at Kuckoo Warrington, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team delivering great drinks and memorable nights for our guests.
Cocktail or hospitality experience is definitely a bonus, but it isn’t essential. We have a comprehensive training programme and are more than happy to train the right person from the ground up.
What matters most to us is your attitude. We’re looking for people who are enthusiastic, reliable, confident working as part of a team and genuinely want to learn.
Your role will include:
- Preparing and serving cocktails to Kuckoo standards
- Setting up the bar ready for busy services
- Learning our cocktail menu, products and service standards
- Keeping your station clean, organised and stocked throughout service
- Working alongside the bar and floor teams to deliver a great guest experience
- Supporting our busy weekend services, brunches and events
- Closing down and resetting the bar at the end of the night
What You Bring
You don’t need to arrive knowing how to make every cocktail on the menu — we’ll teach you that.

- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays
Previous bar, cocktail or hospitality experience is welcomed, but the right attitude is more important to us than the perfect CV.
Hours
Approx. 30 hours per week
Primarily Fridays and Saturdays, with opportunities for additional shifts
Weekend availability is essential
