Responsibilities
- Provide focused support to key home/s, helping to maintain high standards of compliance, reporting and care delivery.

Support Home Managers and Operations Director with specific projects and improvement initiatives, including budget performance, quality, recruitment and operational performance.

Work alongside Home Managers and the Regional Manager to support turnaround initiatives.

Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing plans to promote the homes and attract residents, colleagues and candidates.

Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven management experience within elderly nursing care homes.

Experience leading turnaround, transformation or service improvement programmes.

Ideally a Registered Nurse (Preferred).

A strong understanding of CQC requirements.

Experience in quality and clinical governance, including audits, care planning and continuous improvement.

Previous experience within the health and social care sector.

Passionate and motivated about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

An energetic, committed and approachable manager who leads by example.

An inspiring leader with the ability to engage, motivate and develop teams through passion, positivity and clear direction.
