Background
We are Crema, a popular medium sized cafe in the heart of Lisburn City Centre. We are looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team.
We are open 7 days a week and close at 5pm daily (4pm on Mondays and Sundays).
Successful candidate must be coffee trained, able to work weekends, be flexible with weekday shifts and able to work full time hours.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Manage merchandising displays, inventory levels, and product presentation to maximize sales potential.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee time management for optimal productivity.
- Communicate clearly with staff and customers using strong bilingual or multilingual skills to bridge language gaps.
Experience
- Proven supervisory or management experience within retail or sales environments.
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead diverse groups effectively.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Experience supervising staff with a focus on customer engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence.
Pay: £13.50-£14.15 per hour
