Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a cohesive team
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and presentation standards
- Manage food production processes to ensure consistency, freshness, and timely delivery of orders
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times
- Collaborate with management on menu development, ingredient sourcing, and inventory control
- Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities for proper maintenance and cleanliness
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, hospitality, and customer service within the team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Demonstrable supervising experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary arts
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Previous experience in food production, restaurant service, or hospitality industry preferred

Pay: £12.21-£19.28 per hour
