We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team on a temporary one-month contract to assist with a busy caseload.
The Role
You will support our solicitors by preparing applications, drafting legal documents and corresponding with clients and the Home Office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing UK immigration applications
- Drafting legal representations and supporting documents
- Liaising with clients to obtain information and evidence
- Preparing application bundles
- Conducting legal research where required
- Managing files and updating case management systems
- General administrative support to the legal team
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in UK immigration law
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Right to work in the UK
Experience with case management software is desirable but not essential.
