We are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a permanent contract to join our team based at our Swinton site.
Springwood is a large primary age Special School (375 pupils aged 5 11) based over a number of sites, which caters for pupils with moderate, severe and complex needs.
Springwood is part of The LINK Education Trust.

Previous experience of working with young people of school age who may present with challenging behaviour and complex needs, preferably within an educational setting.

Are you ready to develop your skills and expertise to lead groups of pupils?

Do you have the drive to develop your skills and expertise in a nominated area of specialist communication?
Interviews will be held 29th September 2026.
