We have an exciting opportunity for a chef to join our fantastic team at our family run business, in Binley Woods, Coventry. Caffeine Project Coffee Roasters is a coffee house with a difference, serving quality breakfast and lunch comfort foods along side our own coffee. It has grown into a popular destination for locals and coffee enthusiasts, creating a bustling popular cafe in the heart of Binley Woods village.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative chef to help with the daily running of the kitchen, prep work, plus have a hand in our afternoon tearoom.
Your role will include preparing and plating hot and cold food, daily food production, along with general kitchen duties, preparation for our new afternoon tearoom, keeping the kitchen spotless, stock management, and wastage control, be well organised and have excellent food hygiene and presentation standards.
We offer competitive rates of pay, flexibility, no split shifts, plus staff discounts in both the Coffee House and Retail sector of our business. Starting from 26-33 working hours a week to include weekdays and weekends. The coffee house is open daily, 9-5pm.
We want someone who is passionate about delivering great food and being part of a team, delivering a great experience to our customers as we believe that the best customer experience starts with fantastic staff.
Only serious applicants with experience will be considered, and must be available to work week days and weekends and able to work in a fast paced kitchen. A cover letter is appreciated and successful candidates for an interview will be asked to fill in an application form.
