At Pitta Patta Day Nursery, we are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team and continue providing outstanding care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring a passionate team of Early Years professionals.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, care and education.
- Supporting, mentoring and developing staff through coaching, supervisions and training.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
- Building positive relationships with children, families and outside professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
- Driving quality improvement and helping the nursery continue to thrive.
- Supporting occupancy growth, parent engagement and the overall success of the nursery.
What we're looking for:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum).
- Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for Early Years.
