Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Painter & Decorator Subcontractors to join our network and work on a variety of residential and commercial painting and decorating projects.
Jobs will be offered as and when available, with rates agreed depending on the individual job, its size, requirements and the subcontractor's experience.
You will work independently as a self-employed subcontractor, delivering a professional, high-quality service to our clients while representing AC Luxe Painting to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces including cleaning, sanding, filling and priming
- Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper and other decorative finishes
- Complete work to a high professional standard
- Follow agreed job specifications and client requirements
- Maintain a clean and tidy working area
- Carry out any necessary touch-ups or finishing work
- Use painting equipment, ladders and other relevant equipment safely
- Communicate professionally with clients and AC Luxe Painting
- Complete jobs within the agreed timeframe
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Own relevant tools and equipment
- Own transport/driving licence where required for the job
- Appropriate insurance and qualifications where required
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to provide relevant business/self-employed documentation

Important: As this is a self-employed subcontractor opportunity, there are no guaranteed hours or guaranteed number of jobs. Each project and rate will be agreed before work begins.
Pay: From £150.00 per day
