Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining high standards of food safety
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest enquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Support baristas with beverage preparation when needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred; restaurant experience or barista experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings and weekends as required
- A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering excellent customer experiences
- Personal presentation should be neat and professional at all times
