Early Years / Nursery Deputy Club Manager – Maidenhead , SL6
Salary: £14.00 – £18.50 per hour (£21,203 – £38,480 annually) Depending on hours / experience
Hour options below:
- Option 1: Term Time Only: 18.75 hours/week (2:45 pm – 6:30 pm, Mon–Fri)
- Option 2: Year-Round: Keep your afternoon hours in term time, and switch to 8–8.5-hour shifts (between 8:15 am – 5:45 pm) during the school holidays.
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and professional Early Years Deputy Club Manager to join our childcare team in Maidenhead. You will work at the before and after school clubs, alongside working in the nursery if required. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified childcare professional looking for a new opportunity. This is a great role, ideal for a Nursery Room Leader or Deputy Manager ready for a fresh challenge.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality EYFS-based childcare for children aged 3–11
- Support and help manage the after school club & holiday club
- Build strong communication with parents and carers
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Balance administrative duties with club management tasks
Requirements
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting
- Maths and English GCSE ideal
- Driver preferred due to location
- UK Childcare experience and Right to work in the UK
- Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills
