Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Site Manager to oversee the installation of EWI / IWI / Solar PV / Loft & Cavity insulation and other green measures. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse teams and utilise advanced management tools to deliver high-quality results.
Duties
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow
- Monitor resource allocation and optimise utilisation of labour, materials, and equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions
- Enforce health and safety policies across the site to minimise risksQualifications
- Experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role would be advantages
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts professionally
- Valid health & safety certifications (e.g., CSCS card) are advantageousThis position requires a proactive approach, exceptional organisational abilities, and a commitment to delivering projects safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex schedules while maintaining high standards of quality throughout all phases of construction.
Pay: From £29,963.36 per year
