Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, hydra facials, waxing, massage, and skincare routines with precision and care
- Can do manicures and pedicures expertly!
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all treatment areas and equipment
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to promote long-term results
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
Experience
- Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a related beauty or skincare role is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Demonstrated proficiency in makeup application techniques for various styles and occasions
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well within a team while independently managing client appointments
- Level 2 Beauty Therapy certification or any similar certification
