Role Purpose:
Join Darwin Brasserie, located within London's iconic Sky Garden, as our next Assistant General Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and ambitious hospitality leader who thrives in a high-volume premium dining environment and is driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working alongside the General Manager, you'll play a key role in leading one of London's most unique and exciting restaurant operations, delivering outstanding service while developing and inspiring a large front-of-house team.
What you'll be doing

Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant

Leading, motivating, and developing a large front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional service

Driving guest satisfaction and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are maintained at all times

Managing service standards across all areas of the operation during busy service periods

Supporting recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of team members

Creating a positive, energetic, and high-performing culture that encourages team engagement and development
What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or senior management professional within a high-volume premium restaurant environment

A confident and inspiring leader with excellent people management and coaching skills

Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

This position offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 inclusive of service charge, alongside excellent training and development opportunities within one of London's most prestigious hospitality destinations.
