Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide assistance to customers with menu choices and answer any questions they may have
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
