We are seeking dynamic students/graduates to join our EV battery team. This is an opportunities for students/graduates to work with our experienced EV Battery team and to gain experience in EV program launches and production.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Develop and industrialize manufacturing processes for battery modules and packs
- Support EV program launches (NPI) and production ramp-ups
- Define and optimize assembly processes (welding, joining, sealing, TIM application)
- Drive process improvements in yield, cycle time, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, quality, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with quality (IATF 16949) and battery safety standards
- Contribute to Industry 4.0 / digital manufacturing initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge in battery systems / EV manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of process engineering, PFMEA, APQP
- Hands-on exposure to automation, assembly, or welding processes
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Essential:
- Must be studying/holding degree Automotive / Mechanical Engineering
