About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to help shape and communicate customer value propositions and product lifecycle strategy for Oxford University Press’ global English Language Teaching portfolio. In this role, you will support the development of messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies that contribute to growth in sales, customer acquisition, and long-term engagement. Working across the full product lifecycle, you will create effective launch materials and marketing tools that inform product and service development, guide global and regional marketing activity and contribute to the wider marketing strategy.
You will play an important role in introducing new digital products and features, using customer and market insights to help guide development and build clear, differentiated value propositions. Collaborating closely with central and regional Marketing, Sales Enablement and Product teams, you will develop accessible messaging, marketing resources and sales tools that clearly communicate the benefits of OUP’s ELT offerings. You will also contribute to the creation of campaigns, onboarding materials, and retention activities that encourage product adoption and support a positive customer experience.
To be successful, you will bring strong analytical skills and an interest in understanding customer needs and competitor activity. You will help streamline processes, support good practice in proposition development, coordinate research to enhance product understanding, and manage budgets responsibly to ensure value for money. This role provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to global marketing strategy, develop clear product narratives, and support the evolution of OUP’s digital ELT portfolio.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
