Client is looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Job Aid to provide practical support to the team during working hours.
The role will involve assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, completing assigned activities, supporting organisation and planning, and helping the team ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable providing general administrative and operational support in a busy working environment.
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to the team.
- Assist with the completion of day-to-day tasks as assigned by the Campus Manager or Student Line Manager.
- Help with planning, organising and prioritising activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept organised and up to date.
- Assist with preparing, organising and handling documents and other administrative materials.
- Support the team with data entry, filing and other routine administrative duties.
- Help coordinate and keep track of tasks, activities and deadlines.
- Respond to straightforward queries and direct more complex matters to the appropriate member of staff.
- Assist with general office and campus-based activities as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide support wherever needed.
- Follow Client's procedures, policies and instructions at all times.
- Maintain a professional, helpful and approachable manner when interacting with staff, students and other stakeholders.
- Undertake any other reasonable administrative or organisational tasks requested by the Line Manager.
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, coordination or similar role is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using standard Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based systems.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to attending every Wednesday.
- Professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This is a one-day-per-week position, working every Wednesday from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at Avery Hill Campus and should be available consistently every Wednesday.
