Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Night Care Assistant to join our night team. Reporting to the Head of Care.
You will be working for the award-winning Care Home in the beautiful village of Otterton, near Budleigh Salterton, rated 'Outstanding for Caring' by the CQC.
Key objectives of the role:
- To provide support and help for our residents so that they can continue to lead a dignified and fulfilling life
- To prevent and control the spread of infection and to follow the home’s infection prevention and control policies.
- Ensure all health and safety and environmental health standards are achieved and maintained.
Key responsibilities:
- To assist the Senior Night Care assistant in providing care to residents during the night.
- Provide personal care to residents and per their care plan.
- Provide medications to residents as per the MAR chart
- The provision of refreshments during the night and early morning.
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given
- You will be friendly, kind, honest, reassuring
- An effective communicator, equally comfortable to act on instructions

ADDITIONAL SHIFTS available during DAY and NIGHT to cover annual leaves/sickness.

Pay: £13.55-£13.95 per hour
