We are seeking an experienced Payments Director to lead our payments strategy, operational performance, product development, and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the company’s payments strategy
- Lead payment operations and product-development initiatives
- Oversee transaction performance, reliability, and security
- Manage payment partners, suppliers, and technology providers
- Guide contactless, RFID, NFC, and mobile-payment projects
- Maintain appropriate risk, compliance, and governance standards
- Monitor budgets, service levels, and performance indicators
- Identify commercial opportunities and market developments
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Report strategic performance to senior stakeholders
What We Are Looking For Experience
- 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking technology, financial services, or digital products
- Previous leadership responsibility for payment operations, technology programmes, or commercial partnerships

Pay: £85,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
